North Saanich Invited to Join the 2026 Greater Victoria Flower Count!
Destination Greater Victoria invites North Saanich to take part in the 51st annual Greater Victoria Flower Count, happening from March 4 – 11.
Held each year just before the official start of spring, the Flower Count is a fun, friendly competition that celebrates the early blooms across the region. Residents are encouraged to count flowers in their neighbourhoods and upload their totals to www.flowercount.com.
At the end of the week, one municipality will be crowned as the “Bloomingest Community” and we’d love to see North Saanich in the running! We encourage residents to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and count the beautiful blooms that make our community shine.
