In-person Attendance at Council Meetings

Due to the highly transmissible Omicron variant of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, the District has reduced the number of people allowed in person at Council Meetings, starting Monday, January 17.

• Four Councillors must be present (others may connect remotely);

• Staff attendance will be minimized; and

• Six members of the public can attend in person. Preference will be given to people who are unable to connect remotely (e.g. do not have a computer). Public attendees must wear face masks at all times.

If you wish to attend a Council Meeting in person, please email corporateservices@northsaanich.ca to register.

Thank you for your understanding as we make these changes to help keep North Saanich residents, council members, and staff safe.
