Notice of Council Procedure Bylaw Amendment No. 1595
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Sections 94 and 124 of the Community Charter, a Council meeting will be held in the North Saanich Municipal Hall Council Chambers, 1620 Mills Road, North Saanich, BC on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaw:
- District of North Saanich Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1590, 2025, Amendment Bylaw No. 1595, 2026
The intent of this proposed bylaw is to amend the Council Procedure Bylaw to add a provision specifying that regularly scheduled meetings for the purpose of closing all or a portion of a meeting will be held at 5:00 p.m. Non-regularly scheduled meetings for the purpose of closing all or a portion of a meeting will be held as scheduling permits.
