Official Community Plan review – last week for spring 2022 Phase 3 engagement activities

North Saanich residents still have time to participate in the current phase of public engagement on the OCP review, with future phases of engagement to come in 2023.

A survey invites participants to review the draft vision, draft goals, and potential policy directions that are being considered.

The survey is available online at connectnorthsaanich.ca/ocp. For best results, we recommend residents register before taking the survey. Click “Register” on the top-right-hand corner of connectnorthsaanich.ca/ocp to get started.

Hard-copy versions of the survey are also available at Municipal Hall (1620 Mills Road).

The survey closes on Sunday, June 12.

Additionally, the District is hosting another in-person open house for residents on Thursday, June 9, from 6:00-9:00 pm at Deep Cove Elementary School (10975 West Saanich Road).

At this open house, participants will have the opportunity to speak to a planner, ask questions about the OCP review process and materials, and provide feedback. No registration is required. The location is accessible and offers activities for children.

To complete the survey and to review detailed information about the OCP, visit connectnorthsaanich.ca/ocp, where you can also subscribe for project updates at key project milestones and be notified of future engagement activities and opportunities to provide feedback.
