Outdoor Burning Season Ends May 10, 2026
Outdoor burning season will come to a close on May 10 and will resume in the fall. You can still enjoy small fires for cooking or simply unwinding outdoors with a permit (please note this is subject to change if Provincial restrictions and bans come into effect). Stop by the Fire Hall at 986 Wain Road to purchase a permit.
Got yard waste piling up? Visit our green waste facility between 8am and 12pm every Saturday (except December 26) and on select Thursdays to dispose of your green waste properly.
