Utility Bill Delivery Delay – Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, the delivery of utility bills and the fall newsletter may be delayed.

Please review the following information to ensure you remain up to date with your account:

  • You are still responsible for payment of your utility bill, even if delivery is delayed.
  • If you require a paper copy, please visit Municipal Hall during regular business hours.
  • To avoid future delays, you can sign up for e-billing on our Online Services page.
  • If you are not yet enrolled in e-billing and need a copy of your bill, please email: admin@northsaanich.ca

If you have any questions, please contact our office at 250-656-0781.

Thank you for your understanding and for staying on top of your account during this postal disruption.
