The department relies on our Service Request System in which each request is received, logged, reviewed, and distributed for action. This system allows us to efficiently manage our limited resources to ensure residents requests are completed in a timely manner and in an order of priority. The system also allows us to track our performance to ensure the service we delivery is constantly improving.
