Attention utility customers with outstanding balances

Due to the Canada Post strike, the ‘Notice to Utility Customers’ letters to those who have balances owing have not been mailed at this time. As a result, there will be a delay with the letter arriving in your mail.

Please visit the Online Services page to view any balances owing if any. 

Penalty:

The last billing from May 1 to August 31, 2024 that was due on October 31, 2024, will have a penalty of 10% added on December 31, 2024.

Outstanding balance transferred to Property Taxes:

All outstanding balance on your Utility account will be transferred to your Property Tax account as of December 31, 2024 as taxes in arrears and will be subject to daily interest until the account is paid in full.

If a payment has been made in full since November 19 2024, we thank you for your payment and ask you to please disregard this notice.

Payment Options:

The Municipal Hall office will be closed from 2:00pm on December 24, 2024 to 8:00am January 2, 2025.  Payments can be made in person until 2:00pm on December 24, 2024. 

Payments can also be made through online banking or by cheque which can be dropped off in our mail slot during the closure before December 31, 2024.
