Thank you for your interest in hosting an event in North Saanich. If you plan to host an event in North Saanich, please review the documents below:
Application for Special Events – Public Lands
- View the Special Events Application Package (see page two for a list of requirements)
Application for Parks and Facility Use
- Complete the Parks and Facility Use Application
Please note:
- Special rules, regulations and
restrictions may apply. - You are unable to reserve most park
areas exclusively for one group. - You
must allow public access to the park area at all times.
Application for Block Party
- View the Block Party Application Package (see page two for a list of requirements)
Once all documentation is submitted, your application will be reviewed by staff and you will be notified by e-mail on the status of your application.
Please remember to gather all required documents indicated in the Event Requirements document as well as any listed in the Special Event Application. Failing to do so could result in a delay in your application process.
