We are entering the final stages of updating our Official Community Plan (OCP) and need your valuable input! As we prepare to finalize the draft, we invite you to participate in our upcoming public engagement opportunities. Your feedback is crucial and will be presented to members of North Saanich Council in a comprehensive “What We Heard” report this May.
Upcoming Engagement Opportunities:
- Online Webinar
- Date: Thursday, April 10
- Time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
- Registration: Microsoft Teams Webinar
- Join us from the comfort of your home or office for an informative session led by our planning team. This webinar is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the OCP draft and provide your feedback.
- In-Person Presentation
- Date: Tuesday, April 15
- Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Saanich Peninsula Presbyterian Church
- Our Planning Director will present the draft OCP, discuss key elements, and answer any questions you may have. This is a perfect chance to engage directly with the planning team.
- In-Person Presentation
- Date: Thursday, April 17
- Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Location: McTavish Academy of Art
- Another opportunity to engage in person, hear detailed insights from our Planning Director, and share your thoughts on the OCP.
Draft Review: The draft of the Official Community Plan is available for review at Connect North Saanich. We encourage you to review the draft before attending the engagement sessions.
