Home Owner Grants

Municipal governments in BC can no longer accept home owner grant applications. Eligible homeowners will need to claim grants directly with the province at gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant prior to the July 2, 2021 tax due date.

Please note, eligible residents who defer their taxes or pay through their mortgage still have to apply for the grant by the due date to avoid penalty.
