Municipal Hall Closure – November 13, 2023
In recognition of Remembrance Day (Nov. 11), the Municipal Hall will be closed Monday, November 13.
The District will participate in the Remembrance Day Ceremony held at the Town of Sidney Cenotaph on November 11, 10:30 am. We give thanks to veterans, peacekeepers, and active forces for their service and sacrifice.
Please note that the volunteer firefighters will be manning the McTavish Fire Hall 24/7 over the long weekend, and can respond to emergencies. Our District buildings, including the Wain Road Fire Hall, will re-open to the public on Tuesday morning.
