Tree Planting Initiative
In celebration of National Tree Day, the District planted 70 trees, mostly native, around North Saanich during the latter part of September, including at Green Park and Lillian Hoffar Park. Newly planted trees include Oak (Oregon white oak), Red Cedar, Dogwood and Western Red Cedars.
