Infrastructure Services

The Infrastructure Services department is responsible for the design, maintenance, management and oversight of the District’s parks, transportation, and public works including water, sewer, and drainage. Infrastructure Services delivers key services to the community, including the review and approval of subdivision designs to ensure construction quality as it relates to roads, water, sewer, storm drains, and access. The department is also responsible for planning and managing construction, providing guidance to maintenance crews as necessary, and issuing work orders and permits. Infrastructure Services staff also act as liaisons to other utility and service companies, such as BC Hydro, Telus, Fortis Gas, Shaw Cable, BC Transit, and Canada Post.
