Council Adopts Citizen Engagement Strategy

We are pleased to announce that during Monday evening’s meeting, North Saanich Council officially endorsed the Citizen Engagement Strategy. This marks an important step toward enhancing how we communicate and engage with our residents.

The strategy is a living, working document that will be reviewed and improved on a regular basis to ensure it meets the needs of our community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed feedback over the past four months through surveys, open houses, pop-ups, and interviews. Your input has been invaluable in shaping this strategy.

Next steps include a workshop with members of Council and staff in early 2025 to prepare for the implementation of the strategy, which will guide public engagement initiatives starting next year.
