Permissive Property Tax Exemptions

In accordance with Section 224 of the Community Charter, a Council may, by bylaw, exempt certain properties from property taxation. These permissive property tax exemptions are considered by the District of North Saanich Council on an annual basis.

Council will be considering the applications and corresponding bylaw for the 2020 year at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Hall (1620 Mills Road). Members of the public are welcome to attend.
