Property Tax Payment Options
Online Banking
You can pay your property tax bill online using your bank’s online bill payment service. If you have not paid us using this method before, you will have to add the District of North Saanich as a new payee.
Please note that the District of North Saanich can sometimes be confused with the District of Saanich or the District of Central Saanich via online banking interfaces. Accordingly, please ensure that you select your North Saanich account to avoid sending payments to the wrong municipality.
Please select the North Saanich Property Tax online banking payee option when paying for your property taxes (the District also has utilities and permit/license payee options). Use your property folio (roll) number (8 digits), which can be found on your property tax notice, as the account number. For example, if your folio (roll) number is 332-12345.000 or 12345.000, then your account number for online banking would be 12345000.
